S1R 100 Watts Electrical Needle and Syringe Destroyer is a revolutionary method of destroying hypodermic needles for the safety of nurses and medical staff. After administration of injection the used needle is immediately inserted in to hole provided and starts oxidizing by instant electro-melting process. The syringe hub is cuts by pulling manual cutter in to hole. The cut syringe hubs are collected in to drawer and disposed in to regular waste.
The unit is housed in ABS Plastic body to ensure shock proof for operator safety. The hardened steel cutting blade is used to cut syringe hubs. The copper electrodes are fixed with temperature resistant holder to withstand against heat generated during electro-melting process. The safely fuse will cut off unit in case of short circuit or overload.
