1000kg/day SSS-90 Single Shaft Glass Bottle Crusher Details:

This is another type of Single Shaft Shredder. The Hardened steel inserts are fixed on single shaft and two cutters with ‘V’ shape cutting edges are fixed adjacent to rotary cutter inserts. The material is pushes against rotary cutter by pneumatic / hydraulic or electrical cylinder and cuts repeatedly between fix and rotary cutters. The desired sizes of shredding pieces a can be achieved by replacing sieves. These machines are used in municipal solid waste disposal areas for shredding of mix thrash waste.
The replaceable hardened steel inserts are available in specific sizes. The sturdy steel walls of shredder chamber can sustain against pressure of waste loading shocks by pusher. The swing type sieve is enables for easy cleaning of residual waste stuck in rotary shaft.
