• The Saratech Shrine shredder is consists of two rotating shaft with multiple rotary cutting discs assembled on shaft. The material is grabbed between two counter rotating shafts and shreds repeatedly. The stripper plates are avoiding coiling of material on rotary shaft. The desired output of waste shall be calculated by shredding chamber size. The shredder is driven by heavy duty electrical geared motor. In case of overload during shredding the counter rotating shafts automatically rotates in reverse direction for few seconds to release stuck material in cutters. These machines are widely used for various shredding applications in worldwide. The versatility of machine is used in various areas such as Wood, Metal, Plastic, Rubber, Paper etc.

• The hardened cutting discs are easily replaceable. The housing walls can be dismantling for ease of maintenance. Double ball bearings with seals are provided to arrest waste enter in to bearings during shredding process. The machines are custom-built with AC drives microprocessor control panel and automatic waste loading / unloading system. The cutters are designed to suit shredding application in specific areas.
